He's... Cute (College AU Concept Art)

I have my own book and series I'm working on, and it takes place in a very broken and dystopian version of Earth in the twenty-fifth century (around the time frame of 2465-2505). Most of my characters are "monsters" or humans who have been affected by radiation from World War IV and have new abilities normal humans don't, these two characters being a type of monster. So, here's the normal, College AU that no one asked for... or at least a concept. I may make AU versions for each of my characters in the future but I'm not sure. For reference: Rohn (character on the left) is normally green and has a higher pain tolerance than normal humans. You can see a picture of him on my profile.
